Refund & Return Policy

Redeka – Refund & Return Policy

  • Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt
  • No refund or exchange will be given for incorrect choice
  • No refund or exchange on sale items

All items returned for refund or exchange must be returned in the original condition with tags attached (unless faulty). Please ensure all returned items are free from marks, stains and signs of wear as they may not be accepted for return if received damaged (unless faulty).

The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable, unless in the case of our error in shipping an incorrect or faulty product to you.
Where you are entitled to a refund, you will be entitled to a refund equal to the cost of the product only, excluding delivery and return charges.

We recommend that you return items through traceable mail as returned items which are not received by us will not be issued a refund. We also recommend you ask for a proof of postage at the time of posting your returned item.
To return any goods to Redeka you must first advise us via email at info@redeka.com.au to obtain a Return Authorisation Number before sending any item back.

NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORISATION NUMBER

Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 3 business days of us receiving the parcel. The time it takes for us to receive the parcel will depend on how you elect to return the item.
